Returns & Exchanges

Returns:


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need your order number.


To process, please email us at stuart.monstermailman@gmail.com to request a return. Your item must be returned in its original packaging (undamaged from received condition, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. 


Exchange:


If we were at fault (e.g. sent you the wrong item or forgot an item), we will exchange and cover all shipping costs.


If you ordered the wrong item, you can return with postage at your own expense, and we will exchange and charge you for shipping, plus refund or invoice for any price differences. Please email us at stuart.monstermailman@gmail.com to request and arrange exchange.


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns of custom or personalised orders.


Refunds 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
